When I first entered the office, I was greeted. The people were pleasant, helpful, and friendly.

I had a very easy and simple but pleasant renting experience, and they prices are VERY DECENT,, meaning they are not overly priced at all!!!

Good monthly price on rental unit and associate was always asking probing questions; however, she provided good customer service. Everything was clean and neat in the office and around the property. I did experience one customer complaint about the gate coming down on their vehicle. Both associates were knowledgeable and fairly easy process from application process to getting gate code.

Max helped me rent a storage unit. Max gave me several options and helped me select an appropriate unit. Max helped me sign up, applied a discount code, confirmed my payment, went through all details of the contract, and let me use the restroom onsite. I was tired & in a rush. Max went above and beyond to help me rent the storage unit. He spent a solid hour helping me and answering my questions. Thanks

Came in looking for a storage unit and left with getting a reasonably nice-sized unit conveniently located right by the list where I can load all my stuff and load it up like an elevator and walk up the stairs and it's there staff was friendly the store was clean overall it was a great experience

After reservation the lady called me then when I got there hours later she was looking to make my best choice for the space and value and I was given the outstanding service she was just so helpful

Clean storage and move in was swift.

It seemed cheap, the storash is small, 4x4, okay, it's what I need for now, but the initial payment went up a lot, from 15.50 to 64 dollars

U S Storage is a excellent storage facility company to use for your storage needs. They take the extra time and service to help customers that come to inquire about or rent a storage space at there location. We would definitely give them a 5 Star Rating!

This storage facility is located in a sketchy area. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Signing up was a total headache. I arrived and I was told their system was down and I was offered any kind of solution. I had to give them the solution. I also had a reservation and they didn't bother to call me to tell me. They said their system was down which was a lie. In fact, it was only their credit card machine that wasn't working. I had to pay for everything in cash. The associate neglected to tell me that the lock wouldn't work until after we went to the unit. I had to make an extra trip to get more cash. She left me at the unit which was on the other side of the complex and didn't tell me that the exit was at a totally different location. When I told her she gave me an attitude. Just horrible. Lastly, the price I got was only for that month. I will not continue with them next month.

The person who helped said the storage will be clean but I came in the next day it was dirty.
