I reserved 3 units, and then needed a fourth, and they handled it. It probably helped that this is new facility, so it isn't full yet, but what a relief it was. I like that each unit is alarmed, and this is a convenient location to everything.

The customer service was excellent. She had a lot of customers with no help but she continued to be friendly and helpful. Access in and out is great. I had a problem unlocking/locking the lock she gave me but I’ll figure it out. Overall this will be my choice for a storage again if needed.

The only problem I have with this facility is that I feel I was talked into a much bigger unit than I needed and I was very specific about my storage needs. I could have fit my stuff into the unit I was recommended three times over. Other than that the unit seems very well maintained, the person in charge was well versed in the details of the contract and the operation of the facility and it feels like a safe,clean and well run business.
