Be prepared for rent increase between 16% - 22% every six to eight months. Mine unit is 10X15. I was paying $176, and it went up to $204 right at six months. Prior to that I had a smaller storage, and it went from $76 to $93. I have been there a year and a half, and they raised it twice. They don't tell you that when you sign up. I'm thinking about moving to other storage in town. Yes, it would cost me moving cost, but I don't want to give them my business. Like other reviews said, 2nd floor smells horrible. We think there's a dead cat somewhere in the building. Go somewhere else.

Very clean. Good location. A little pricey. Accommodating. Love that they let us use their flat bed dollys. The only concern is in our lease contract it states price can go up simply based on availability with only a 30 day notice after weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re already locked in. Sounded mildly worrisome.

Price is just right, and the free month is an incentive.

I like it, it clean and the staff is nice.

I would like to share my experience with smart shop self storage. The customer service is incredible so thorough. It's nice to experience such service.

Very Helpful and communicative. Bent over backwards to help even with using the hand carts....the facility is clean and access is simple and quick... Got a great price on a large unit.. So helpful when moving is such a stressful time.
