I went into the office and asked about information on a medium sized unit. Faby introduced herself and asked great questions to find out exactly what I needed. She explained all the options available to fit my storage needs. We then went and checked out the units and I was shocked at how clean everything was. WOW! After I decided which of the available units would work best we went back to the office did some paperwork and I was done. Easy Peasy! Faby was professional, informed, and happy to help. It is always a nice surprise when people go above and beyond with customer service and let you know they appreciate your business. I would strongly recommend SmartStop to anyone looking for storage in the far NW.

Staff was awesome and they took a great deal of time with me to make sure I had a unit that would serve my needs. Even after I changed my mind after we started the initial paperwork, they remained helpful and friendly.

Renting a unit from this facility has been great from the start. Upon arrival, right away you notice how new and clean it is, then you are greeted by the sweetest and happiest agent around! She was great with explaining everything and answered any questions I had! The unit itself, I got a 10x15 is very clean and cooled nicely, I really like how wide the door is, makes moving your belongings so much easier! They have carts to assist with your move and very clean restrooms open all business hours 6am-10pm. I also got a free month storage which is always nice. I give 5 stars across the board and highly recommend!
