Having grown up in Las Vegas, it's hard to get used to the influx of cost of living here so $73 for a 5x5 seems a bit steep. A year ago, I rented a bigger unit down the street for $50. Since it's out of my control, please focus on the fact that this place is super secure and clean. The reservation and registration process were really easy/fast.

Advertisement says "air" cooled, but that's misleading, for cooled is what its not. Its too damn hot in there - esp summer time and upper floors.

Just moved in today, and it went really well. I very happy with using your Storage Co.

Really like the facility Overall. Everything went well first day, will update if negative experience. Employees were on top of their game, and it was a seamless process getting my first unit.

I reserved a 5x5 on the third floor. Taking the elevator for so many trips was too difficult. Additionally, I needed more room, so I switched to a 10x5 on the ground floor and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Had to buy their specific lock.

The clerk who set me up was AMAZING and had WONDERFUl customer service skills.

Your on-site Representative "Nate" is a definite asset to your company. Nate was very courteous, and efficient and even with a slight speech impediment, thoroughly explained the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. NATE also got me a larger unit than I reserved instantly when I realized the one I initially reserved was insufficient for my volume of items. Very nice, clean, and well maintained facility. I would highly recommend your facility and Nate! Thank you.

From the first moment I made the reservation to locking up my door, it all went very smoothly. Nate(the gentlemen that works there) was extremely friendly and courteous. Give him a raise. Or at least a basement.

Smart Stop Storage has been an easy and great experience. After being prematurely kicked out of our home i had 24 hours to find a truck and storage. I made a reservation and the next 10 minutes I was on my way to move in. Its clean, the space is easily accessible and the security is great. The price alone is amazing. Thank you to the rep who helped me and made this hectic time of my life that much easier

1 dead cockroach found 1 day after i moved in 14 feet from my storage unit...was nt good but too late now...other wise good...very small carts 1 fouth the size my last place had..real bummer it took us way longer to move stuff so tired broke a very important idem in the process as toiok too long wife too tired i was out of food and alone moving things..saw next day the big dif in the carts as their a joke at that size...last place i didnt need the cart was a big normal size one like at costco as i was 14 feet from my car to unload/load things here its a mile to get to storage but basment is cooler temp wise..far to storage unit..makes big dif of getting stuff...bigger cart would be much more helpful..............flat so hard to keep on cart...small 2.5 boxes fit only on cart...

All went very well the space is the perfect size for our storage need. Nice price as well, and the area is clean and secure.

The facility is brand new. I believe I am the first to store in the locker. The facility is video monitored and I felt safe leaving my locker open while I transferred items from my vehicle back and forth.
