The employees here went above and beyond to help me get a unit 2 mins before closing. They were so understanding of my situation and needs and I appreciate them being so patient with me. They could of just told me to come back the next day but they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t and I was able to get my apartment cleaned up for a lease renewal inspection set for that very next morning

I'll be moving out after my month expires. If I'm going to spend my hard earned money it won'y be on an establishment that doesn't value customer service.

Price is great and location is good. Customer service can use some improvement. The staff does not seem to like their job and one of the employees flat out said he wishes he had taken a job at Amazon instead?? Doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make someone renting from you feel very good about leaving their items in your care.

Prior to renting my unit contact with the facility's personnel could not have been more positive. Once I signed my rental agreement, which took almost an hour, the service turned negative. I was taken to the wrong entrance to my unit, there was no hand cart, and the unit was not cleaned. There was a lock on the unit which could not be opened and after waiting 45 minutes it had to be cut off. What else can I stay. The service was poor, and it took too much time to fill out the rental agreement and to get access to my unit.
