Customer service was great, was explained how the service worked and payments, because we had two month special of 50% off. The facility is clean of debri and trash. Easy to navigate and plenty of doors around the building to load your personal items to your storage unit.

Space was tight for my trailer but made it work

i have been to the office twice no one there, i have called twice only to speak to an operator not from the accentual storage location to ask a question witch they could not answer but did try to find out for me.

The staff is Very nice and respectable the facility is very clean I would recommend this place for my family and friends...😊😊👍

I was extremely impressed by everything that transpired while reserving, arriving, and moving into the unit that I have. Customer service was impeccable.

Stay was great, friendly and kind. The facility is very clean. I was worried about putting my Motorhome into the storage unit, but after seeing all the cameras and other trailers, camper, rv and fifth wheels, as well as some cars, I felt at ease.

Everything was great with this storage facility...Irene was so helpful and quick to handle unforeseen issues. The only two problems were the size of the door on the 10x20 I rented (it's a 5ft doorway which is ridiculous) I cant fit any oversized items in it which left me hanging and as a result, I dont feel I should be paying the same price as a unit that has a 10ft doorway. The other issue is there are literally no carts to be found anywhere, had to bring my own dolly to use. Both of these items need to be rectified immediately.

The property manager, Irene, was very nice and so helpful..a much needed switch from Life Storage who nickle and dime you at every turn. The only issue I have is that the door on the 10 x 20 unit I got is not the full length of the unit, it's like only 5ft. wide which is really stupid to put on a large unit. Because of this there are certain items I wont be able to get in there which is frustrating. The other issue is I couldn't find any carts to use. They definitely need to purchase more cars...I had to bring my own dolly. That's the reason for the low stars in cost efficiency.

Great place. Only difficulty is the narrow halls, so big long items are hard to maneuver. Got scared my couch wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit and I had already signed the papers.

I would’ve given five star ⭐️ customer service was great! However, I was locked in after hours around 530pm until eventually someone else was leaving. Several customers gate codes wouldn’t work?! Other than that. Clean facility, seems safe. Glad I chose it. Just don’t want to have to scale the fence to get out lol 😂 please fix the fence.

So far ok.... their rv parking is very tight. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m still waiting for a call back related to my rental. Been about a week....

Everything was clean, service was exceptional, producing was competitive!

I was in the situation where I had to put a bunch of my belongings out front by the gate while I was waiting for the lady to get back from lunch and it was absolutely no problem. Also instead of making me all the way around to the other side of the building through the gate pushing a dolly she disabled the fire alarm so I could open up the side door on the building to make it that much more easier for me to access my unit.

Mr. John offered above and beyond customer service. It was almost time for his shift to be over. My situation caused himnto be there 30-40 mins past his shift. He did not complain. The office manager was very nice and helpful. It was a good deal getting the admin fee waived and a free lock. But as with most storage facilities it was not the price as advertised due to their must have renters insurance provided by them. So even though the first two months are actually at 50% off Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m still paying about 20$ more than advertised. But it was the best deal I could find and afford.

Rental agent was friendly and went out of her way to find us a convenient unit since we are both elderly. Great service!

I had searched for a storage unit a few days. I was amazed by the rates that I received. I also appreciate the rebate that will be given to me as Amazon gift card. I like getting some money back from my fees.

The entire process was really simple! I called in, told them what I wanted and at what price, and they found what I was looking for. I did have to buy a new $42 lock in order to confirm the price of a $25 waived admin fee and half off 3-months of storage fees, so the deal met my short-term needs. With such a deal, I'd patronize again.
