It’s a storage unit that is cheap but understand there is no A/C at all.

Decent Storage for the price other than it has zero AC ducts for cooled storage

Super easy move in and nice people. Prices are also reasonable. They made moving so much easier and everyone I spoke to where super helpful !!!

When I arrived to find my unit the markings were not noticeable on the buildings on how to find my unit when I finally located my unit it was not clean at all

I really enjoyed the young lady that assisted me. She was professional and very clear in her instructions. She walked me to my storage space and I was sold from the very first moment. Thanks

I really like this place. Customer service is great. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s is the number one priority. They text you to Make sure things went well.

The air conditioner is blowing hot air, the dollies have broken wheels and we had to get someone to unlock our unit that was padlocked when we showed up. The price is good and location is good. The cargo elevator is creaky and responds very sloooowly when you push the button, but it'll do.

Elevator slow, a little dark on second floor.

After calling around trying to find a unit, we came across Shield Storage on Craig Rd. The attendant was courteous and explained everything thoroughly. The facility is clean and has easy access to the unit we rented. The application process was also fast and left us with no questions. The access hours are great also.

Nice affordable storage with helpful staff

My first time to renting storage in Las Vegas. The office help was very good, understanding and patient with an older lady that didn't know what she was doing. I will send all my friends here who need to store things. Great that you have space for boats, travel homes and other large items. A place to fit every need.

I looked everywhere for a storage shed and I found one

Staff is friendly, and it was super easy to get into the unit. Inside the unit was a lil dusty, but overall the site is clean. There is no light inside the unit so I suggest bringing a portable light if you need to search thru your things. So far so good.

The team at Shield took care of me and were so kind and helpful.

Their enmities needs improvement. No lights in the storage unit, their push carts are all broken. Save one I believe. They finally fixed the swamp coolers. Upside is the management is awesome!

With so many storage options in Las Vegas I thought finding the right one would be challenging, but it was not. Thank you for a clean, nice place with an extremely accommodating manager.

Girls in office are great. Units are clean and carts are always ready available.

Very pleased with the experience and cost of the unit. I stored a washer and dryer. 1st 2 months were discounted and that was a big help financially. I had a very pleasant young Lady wait on me and she explained everything thourghly.

Love the hours, access times, location is off of a main Street, near a gas station with CLEAN private restrooms. So you can easily fill up the tank, grab a snack or use the bathroom if need be. There's trash bins outside the storage area but some people like to leave unwanted items laying around the area which can't be controlled and it's not the facilities fault. But would definitely recommend to others! 👈😁👍

Moved in a couple months ago, so farit' s been great to do business with Sheiks Storage. They have excellent prices can't beat that. I recommend Sheiks Storage give them a try.

Cool people and clean very very nice

I think the place is under renovation as the elevator is the newest thing about it all but the price was great and the customer service was excellent! Admittedly, it was kind of a surprise to show up in the afternoon and see a sign that they were gone for lunch until 4:35 p.m. but I just took care of some errands then went back, and all went well. Bring your courage if you go back after dark because you could totally film a horror movie upstairs! 👻

It was easy to reserve a unit. Once I arrived it was ready and the unit was clean.

I had to wait for an hour while staff was having a meeting but it all turned out okay I got my unit staff expediate the process. Got a drive up as requested. All in all it was okay! Do you look so big with easy access. Just that hour in the heat!! My only complaint I would recommend to anyone.

We rented our unit on Saturday morning. Immediately, our code did not work. I notified the desk clerk about dog poop in the hall near our unit. She came and swept it up and apologized then claimed she reset our code. We left to get another load to put in storage. Again our code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s after hours. Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve now been at the mercy of other customers to bring in two additional loads and be able to leave the facility. Still have more to put in storage and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s Labor Day today, so of course the office is closed. Not cool.

Looks great from outside. But then... Interior units have no lighting. Climate Control is useless because tenants leave doors open. Doors get stuck easily. Terrible flat beds. Not worth the price Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying, only staying because it is a little cheaper.

On line and at the storage was a Very fast process, great move in special and package was received upon checkin... including the lock and keys! I was able to unload and get to my sister right away! Very convenient and customer service was awesome... will definitely refer to others.

I made a reservation online and Pam helped me throughout the process. She explained everything very well, helped me get a good lock and good insurance. I wasnt in the best mood from dealing with other storages and she made my day way easier, I definitely left with a smile ❤️

The woman who helped me was AMAZING!!

Only complaint is that I didn't know they required you to buy the insurance plan before it was time to pay, but it's not expensive! They honored a great deal I found on SpareFoot, and Pam was fantastic to deal with through the whole process.
