Public Storage - North Las Vegas - 2435 E Cheyenne Ave

My wife and I recently visited our storage facility at 2435 E Cheyenne Blvd. LV, NV. 89030., we received prompt, and outstanding customer service assistants from Lisa (On-site Public Storage customer service representative). We inquiried about an issue we encountered while there, the level of service she provided was above and beyond on what we expected - the issue was dealt with the up most professionalism, courtesy, and understanding resulting in a favorable outcome within a very short period of time. Lisa is a very helpful, reliable, and thoughtful individual and she changed our outlook on our day when we were not in the very good mood from the start.

The on site manger Nikki was amazing .... she was so diligent in helping me get my storage unit once I was informed that the unit I reserved was gone...... I was so stressed about my moving after being relocated for my job and she came thru.... she call her district manager about a unit that had just been verified vacant and help secure it for me..... I would definitely recommend this company and I hope Public Storage acknowledges they have valuable employee's given their company a good reputation........... thank you

My sister and I are moving out of our apartment and Jim was so professional and helpful it has made our moving process so much more pleasant. He has so much pride in his work and it shows because everything is immaculate.

The Public Storage on East Cheyenne in North Las Vegas continues to excel in customer service. The office staff is extremely helpful, answering all of my questions and the facility is very clean. Public Storage continues to have the best prices, we use storage every 6 months as we live in New Hampshire during the summer. I research storage facilities every year and this place beats the competition every time. I would HIGHLY recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for short, or long term, storage.

Wow, Brookelynn is everywhere! Saw her at another store not long ago getting yelled at by some idiot body builder. She wasn't the one that helped me, just saw her. San was helpful and unfortunately I decided I didn't need boxes, but got some helpful into today. Keep it going! I'll be back here soon but I request the one where Mr. Jim works. Always love to see that lady, suddenly a redhead I too haha. Looks good!

I love this place. San and Shaun are amazing!! They always help me with a smile and when I was there last week they asked how my family was. I had mentioned previously my family was coming to town. I was surprised they remembered. It's truly a nice experience to talk to them and rent here.

The lady who handled my reservation was great. I came in the office a little upset. She didn't let that affect her customer service. I left feeling much better.

Everyone has a different experience when it comes to storage and interacting with the staff. I can easily state that my experiences with this staff, especially Miss Sun and Mr Santos, for the past several years has been exceptional. They are friendly, funny, and always professional. I feel that my things are protected and the monitoring system allows me the freedom to not worry about anything. One comment, I do hope that for seniors and long term renters there will be a discount off the rental price. Since I came to PS my rent has over-doubled itself. I great marketing campaign would be to introduce this discount concept for seniors and long-term renters... it could be major incentive for the audience to consider using PS more often. Thank you Public Storage for taking the time and effort to interview, hire, and train the employees that represent your company so very well.
