Staff is very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean except an oil stain on the wood and ground on one side. My two complaints are that the latch is really difficult to open on my unit, and my public storage app won't show that it's in range of the gate when exiting - it only works at the entrance. Move-in was easy to set up online and the property is very clean and quiet.

When I was told the pricing and asked twice I was never told about the "mandatory" insurance we have to purchase. That should've come up sometime in the conversation before I had to sign.

No problem reserving. Only issue I have with this location, is when trying to pull out onto Charleston avenue, there are bushes on the property on the west side, which obscure seeing oncoming traffic. If there is an accident when someone pulls out, these bushes could become a legal liability. Cut them back or remove them.

Zach runs the front office. Yes really good at his job. I felt welcomed and he made me feel like the process was easy. Yes always doing something like monitoring the property and making sure your satisfied.

Public Storage is a great company. They offer superior customer service, excellent prices, and nice storage spaces. The desk clerk went out of her way to be sure that I had all the supplies I needed for my move. They had a good special move in price that made it affordab!le to move in. The storage space was large and I had easy access. I would advise anyone who appreciates good service to do business with Public Storage.
