My move in was a breeze made reservation online was able to move in literally without having to go into office. Saw staff making rounds which made me feel good, to know they are also making sure the facility is clean and secure. It's my first month so, so far so good.

Finally, a storage unit that accommodates my big furniture at a reasonable price. Clean. Pleasant management.

Our initial experience was very positive. Our second experience, unfortunately, was not. The young man who was on duty went above and beyond to work with us. However, the woman who was on duty was caustic. Fortunately, she was not on Duty our first visit or we would not have returned.

Staff are so helpful Perfect location.

The manager, Chanti, at property location (25734) was courteous, kind, and helpful. As a first time customer, Ms. Chanti, explained about the facility, storage, security, and products that are available in the office if needed. She was able to give us a good deal being a first time customer to a public storage. I would recommend, this public storage to family and friends. Thank you. I recommend PS 4 the security of ur storage needs. The staff there, which were 2 African American Queens, we're KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND & RESPECTFUL. PS IS THE PLACE!!!!!!

Awesome service! Just wish we had gone over what was being charged at time of move in. I figured it out after I left. Appreciated being put on 1st floor even though my reservation was for 3rd. As a new employee was being trained we got to participate in that as well!

They need more climate controlled units. it's way too hot in there. I've used this facility a couple times and each time i was not able to get a cool unit.

The staff were very pleasant & answered every question I had in a timely manner. The facility is well lit & very clean.

Friendly, easy experience. Much cleanier than the other PS facility I was using in another city. Raphael was very curteous and efficient, which on moving day was a huge help!

The agent made us feel welcomed. She was very thorough and willing to listen. She did not pressure us, she offered tools to make moving into unit seamless. Customer service is always number one and the agent exceeded my expectations.

Is the $1 move in social is a little misleading. I knew it wouldn't be JUST a dollar for the first months rent, but didn't think it was going to quite so much. Other than that, no complaints.

Service was great. Employees were friendly, helpful, and know their job. Facilities were clean and well lit. Felt safe being there after hours.
