Good service and good prices . And easy access, very convenient nice location however the first person I spoke with was not familiar with the hours and days of operations at the facility that I chose for my outdoor storage

My move-in was very easy, touch screen for paperless administration. Employee at the site was very professional and courteous, and he adhered to all CDC & Nevada COVID-19 Guidelines. Look forward to doing business with Public Storage on Flamingo for awhile.

The only complaint I have is that it is quite difficult to get our rig in to the parking lot

I'm very pleased at the service I received from Chris! I visited a location prior to meeting with him... and it was not so pleasant, very disappointed at the Arville location!

I had to deal with Joseph he was very very easy to deal with great guy I would just use that facility just because of him and the place was well kept cleaned I asked to use the restroom and it was very clean also all in all five stars from me for this facility.

The only reason I did'nt give 5 was that it is hard to reach someone on the phone for questions. Besides that, courteous personal, very clean office and storage space. 5

Friendly service from all the staff. And very clean, secure property.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Supplies are readily available. There's only one way in and out so it can congested during high traffic days. The locks for storage are new to me, they no longer allow use of your own standard security lock. they supply a special "recessed" style lock which will cost you a lil bit more when you first lease.

Brookelynn was great @ not only taking my outta state pmt, but also in informing me of other pmt methods. Very personable. Thank u.

Jim is an awesome guy. Had been helped prior by a young lady that was working with him, bright red hair, pretty smile. Jim assisted me in buying the right sizes of boxes. I am considering coming back to store here but I am unsure due to having problems at the Charleston branch, the young manager seemed to be a drug addict, unsure about the quality of the company if they choose to keep him. Jim seems like a decent guy tho, so maybe it's an isolated problem. Thanks Jim and sorry for not remembering the red heads name. She is very nice.

Brooklyn is awesome. Perfect example of great customer service. Very informative and knowledge of company rules and policies but takes time to give great tips on helping the customer save money as well.

Jessica made the rental and move very easy. The place could use to be cleaned up. To be expected for that area.

i was treated wonderful, I was on crutches, they opened the door for me and got me a chair to sit on. so nice!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this storage facility and it's staff. Responsive, good hours, facility is always up kept, electronics and gates always work, well lite, giis variety if units, uppers, lowers, ext and int avery competitive price wise to current market rates. Access via online is robust in functionality and yiu feel the full customer experience is a forethought in catering to their customers needs. A gem in a field of stones.
