My previous facility kept increasing the price on me, I went from $105/mo to $148 within 2 years and the place was only "air cooled" which meant it was hot as h#ll in the summer. People's belongings were basically cooking in there. I booked this place online for way cheaper (same size) and it's "climate controlled" which means your belongings are kept cool in the summer which is a plus for me. I checked in online, they had the space ready for me with the lock inside of the unit, I didn't even have to go in the office. And there's carts available! The other place's carts were always missing
