My first awesome experience I had was when I first called, and I spoke with Mario, he helped me pick the best storage facility for me, Mario is very knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful, he made it easier for me, so I am now a happy customer because of him.

I found it easy to find my rental space and found it nice and clean.The codes to all the doors work terrific and peace of mind for the safety of my belongings.

Asked for info and got a response that same day via text, phone and email as I was told, everything turned out great for me. Staff was great one in particular by the name of Shanttel

When I saw 10x15 unit inside ... the insulation was falling down (the ceiling was not finished) and the light bulb was burnt out ... was told that i had to fix everything, that had to rent as is !!@#$%^&*!! I decided to rent the 10x20 unit because easy access to drive up but the ceiling was not finished either but the insulation was in tact ... i believe the rent is too high for value of storage unit ...

Great customer Service, they met my needs and found the unit right for me in my price range. Also, found the nearest location to our home.

The only thing that I didn't like about the whole experience was that I was required to purchase a $20 lock.

Toy was a great person to work with. Really appreciated doing business with her.

Great location. Manager is great and went out of her way, Victoria. Wish they had car accessible access key pads, so you didn't have to always exit car to get in or out.

Leah at the Tyler location was awesome!!! She helped us with our needs and was very nice.
