We moved from a 10'x14' at one PS facility to a 10'x10' at a closer PS facility. The new place is nice, clean, friendly management but the gate control keypad on the main gate (exit side) is broken and has obviously been that way for some time. There is another exit-only gate BUT this is something that PS should have fixed immediately. I drove up to that gate with a 16' trailer and had to back up to get around the building to the other gate. 2-stars because the cost of that older storage was over $180/month, up by $80 over a 5-year period, yet we could go online and rent an identical unit at the same property for nearly $50/month LESS than what we were paying! We chose PS for the location but based on their rate disparities and "now your stuff is here so we're going to raise the prices" practices, we would have looked elsewhere.

We couldn't find the other storage place that we had talked to on the phone, but passed this Public Storage that looked so clean. We turned around and stopped in and were able to get a unit right away. Just what we wanted and the right size. The agent there was very friendly and helpful, and new exactly what she was doing. Pricing was good too!
