It was super easy to reserve a unit online with the check it process was quick and understandable with the reassurance of my belongings safely stored at their facility super kind staff.

I needed a storage unit for my kayak, which is an odd shape. I also wanted to get an affordable unit that was within my budget. Sarah was very helpful and she showed me several units so I could find the perfect size and price for my needs. I appreciated that she took the time to listen to me and I am quite happy with my new storage unit.

This is the best storage facility very clean and very secure the staff is awsome and kind very helpful I love it I would not store my belonging at another place the location is perfect

Would highly recommend this place. I went through a pretty rough time in the year-and-a-half I had a storage unit there and these guys always seem to have my back. I always felt like my things were safe and secure their and everyone was always extremely friendly and extremely helpful if you're choosing a storage unit in Grass Valley choose this one.

Jasmine it definitely was a 5 star experience. The ladies were both friendly and professional. They went out of there way to answer all my questions and made sure I had every thing I needed to move like packing supplies,tape,or boxes. They advertise one price, but then there are a bunch of admin fees, sign up costs and lots of hidden charges once you actually get a unit.

I had a very pleasant experience when I went to this location. Great customer service. The clerk went above what she needed to in an effort to accommodate us.
