Access hours suck at this facility. Most people work until 6 pm during the week and 5 pm on weekends. This facility closes to the public at those times. So when does a person have time to bring or remove stuff from the unit they have rented? This facility needs to extend their access hours for their customers to be able to access storage units.

I will gladly recommend this storage unit company to all my friends and family. Your prices are very reasonable. The lady that runs the office is very nice, very helpful and conducts business with the highest respect to her customers.

Large space for my RV and the facility has 24 hour security onsite. Easy to deal with and 12 hour a day operation to pick up and drop off my RV.

I went to the wrong one. The lady got in touch with the one I was supposed to be at so they would hold my reservation because I was late arriving. We were going to get a bigger unit and paid for it. The person who I was soing to share this unit decided to stay where she was and the helped me get a smaller one. I was very pleased with them.

Receptionist was very accommodating, professional & informative. Front office also had packing supplies on hand for purchase. Property well kept.

Thank you for working with me so quickly on getting our storage unit. I appreciate all the hard work you put in to get me signed up and into our new unit.

The young man that was the manager there was most helpful in us getting the unit and setting it up for us thank you

Reservation was easy. Price was good. Having an elevator for 2nd floor is very nice. Gates and coded is double good

The Public Storage employees have been very helpful in getting us situated. They suggested a larger area and it has worked out well. I also needed help opening my unit today and was helped as soon as possible.

Kevin and AJ were PHENOMENAL!! I made an appointment online to move into a 10 by 16 storage unit for 50% off. When I got to this public storage unit Kevin told me I was actually at the wrong location. But then it gets better. He tells me that I can have a larger unit at that facility for even less! These guys were very cool, laid back, knowledgeable and focused. I almost don't want to move my stuff out of storage!

The manager Kash at this location is simply amazing!!!! Her level of professionalism and personal attention was such a relief. She went above and beyond with the entire move-in process and I feel completely secure with our belonging in her care as manager. I highly recommend this PS location in the north. Ask for Kash. She is the best!!!

Not bad for the price

The ladies that helped me, provided awesome customer service. They even went thru the sales pitch for supplies incase i had forgotten tape, lock, etc. I would recommend this location to others.

I would like to start off by saying that the staff was great. The facilities not so much. The indoor unit I got had torn ceiling insulation, was hot, the hallways were dusty and littered with debris like clothing, boxes of left behind trash and newspapers. I really was reconsidering storing my stuff there. Being that it was an emergency, I stayed. Keep the indoor storages cool and clean.

We only got our storage unit 5 days ago so I don't really have much to comment on. My one complaint is that when they quoted the monthly price to us they did not mention that we were required to take out insurance. That "surprise" came to us as we were signing the numerous papers. It would have been nice if they had informed us of this.
