You pretty much know what you're getting when it comes to storage units, so it's the customer service that makes an experience stand out. And Pamela absolutely stood out. Very warm and very friendly. I made a reservation online a week before my scheduled move in and she still called me to confirm my reservation was good to go. The sign up process took maybe only 15 minutes. I got one of the 5x5 units and I was surprised by how much room there was. The ceiling is very high so even though there isn't much square feet, you can stack stuff pretty tall. I still had room to spare when I was done unloading my stuff. Thank you Pamela for being so wonderful!

I've never rented a storage unit before, so I didn't know what to expect. The woman at the front desk was amazing. She asked questions to know how to better help me. She showed me and offered great deals. I was super impressed and felt so comfortable in knowing I would be ok leaving my possessions in a storage until my place is ready for move in. I appreciate the time she took to help me. Thank you!! Very happy customer.

I'm really glad that I decided to get a unit with Public Storage the young lady that helped me initially set up my storage plan was very informative and helpful and utterly respectful. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond the normality and added insight and informative information to anything and all I needed to know. Thanks Public Storage.

This storage has excellent customer service. They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to help....while she was on her lunch break at that. I highly recommend this storage to everyone I know!

Good location, and nice staff, but trash everywhere, and no attempt to pick it up. Broken glass inside the gate was left as well. Keeping the lot clean should be a top priority.

Mark was really helpful to provide valuable information about the storage cost and features. Mark also accompanies on storage walk through and provides more information about the store.

I am giving this facility a 4 star instead of a 5 star because of the facility itself. Customer service was outstanding. Mark was very helpful, took his time and got me a space I am happy with. The facilities are adequate at best. If this were for my personal items and not business supplies, I would not rent here. Outward appearance is acceptable but inside there is some work and updating needed. BTW, your permit is out on your elevator. For its purpose it suites my needs.

I had already reserved the storage space, and as I was checking in, another guy shows up to report his unit was broken into and everything was stolen. Obviously, I don't have confidence in the security of this location and am looking to move my things asap.
