Everything Was Good ?? But I Feel Like It Should've Been A Discount First Time Move In and Had No Discount Like Most Other Storages Places, Explicitly During Hard Time Today Is Caused To Unpredictable Moving

Used SpareFoot to find location to store my RV which was easy and helpful. Upon arrival at Public Storage I noticed height of cover was too low for my RV. I went to office and Jim was very helpful in reassigning me a spot that met my RV requirements .

This place closes way too early, no access after 9 pm… and the first month “free” is only the remainder of the month in which u move in plus the third month they raised the price by $50! Also says climate controlled and it’s not.

Although the prices are more than double of what I was expecting, everything else is great. It is very clean facility and seems to be maintained and managed very well. The customer/client service was indeed excellent. The service representative was very helpful. I just wish the price of the units were much less. I rented a unit with a friend about 3 years ago near the same area, & the price of the unit for the same size was about 1/3 of what it is now. I guess there is a high demand, and it's all about the supply & demand. Thank you

Moving everything from a 4 bedroom house from one state to another is not easy, but Public Storage manager Jim made is easy for us by being very helpful and curteous. i will definately refer you to friends and family.

it was easy to reserve on line, went in got a walk thru and all my questions answered, then did the paperwork and it was a done deal. rooms are nice size secured gates and doors, air conditioned bldg's.

I love this place. Jim is so knowledgeable and understands the customers needs. I wasn't sure about size or boxes and he helped me pick the best size possible and got me a great deal on packing supplies. I could have saved more but I didn't have the money. I love the love the location and I love that my unit is first floor but still air conditioned. The property is always clean and all the workers are so nice. I started renting here about 5 mounts ago and from the time I walked in the door I had a feeling that everything was professional and my personal items would be in good hands and very secure here. Over that time my experience has proven to be correct. Jim is the manager at my location. It is my opinion that every storage location should be trained to be with the public like Jim. Showing politeness, respect, and kindness. A big 4 star and thumbs to Jim And this location. They may have room, come on over. ????

Great place to store your stuff

Jim helped me with my storage unit and with the space for my car a few days later. He was very professional and even came out to the truck to make sure everything would fit into the unit before unloading. Thanks Jim.
