I use multiple storage facilities currently and have thru the years. This facility is well maintained and the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the facility stood out in retrospect to others.

Elevators are located in a garage type room, and when it's busy, you can't get in our out until others have unloaded and get out of the garage. Horrible system, and you can only use carts when the office is open.

Moving is usually a daunting task, but with on line booking I found it was so easy! After making reservation I drove to the facility to visually see the space and cleanliness of this facility. I walked into the office snd immediately greeted with a friendly smile. She was able to pull up my reservation easily. I had questions about sizes and prices (5x10 or 10x5) had a cost difference and wanted to know the difference in space. She immediately offered to escort me to visually look at each one. Without hesitation she grabbed keys snd next thing I knew we were on elevator! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be honest my plan that day was to only look at the faculty and a few others before making a decision. But due to your welcoming employee I locked in to this facility immediately after the tour! Great experience and I will definitely share that with family and friends

The unit we were promised turned out to be an additional $50.00 monthly, which caused us to take a unit all the way at the far end of the complex, with just a small sliding door to reach our unit. Someone has to stay on the inside of the door if you do not want to have to use your access code every time you go out and come back in again, which is a pain when moving items. It was quite a way for my husband to walk,also, but the complex is extremely clean, and the staff is very nice.

Some of the workers are not Happy there and bot friendly either, both elevators need maintenance and they need to reinforce rules there ASAP

Many hidden fees. It was around $100 with insurance facility fee, oxygen fee idk but I was desperate and everything was booked up.

Lei was very courteous to both my girlfriend and I. She showed exceptional knowledge of the property and was very helpful throughout the rental process. If I could give six stars I would, I came in with the difficult situation and staff on site were incredibly understanding and helpful. Jackie the manager is genuine and cares about her job and the people that come through.

Was very excited to move in here unfortunately they only have like maybe 10 total drive up units and they were all “reserved online” and I walked in and couldn’t get one because they were reserved. Bummer all the extra work it took to move into one if there units inside. Also have to use the long code EVERY time you go inside. The door cannot be propped open.
