i specifically stated i was parking a uhaul when signing lease; 2 days later mngmt gives me 16hours to remove truck or get it towed.

This storage facility and the corporate office customer service is the worst all the way from the manager of the facility to the corporate this place is the worst .I would strongly recommend that unless you like being hung up on and your entire day wasted find a different storage facility.

Literally just reserved a spot, spoke with staff, confirmed my storage, went peraonally over to check it out, paid for it then received an email days later thanking me for using Public Storage and that this was my move out notice. Called online support and was told I had to call the office instead. Jeez, dudes. Rating will change if this gets fixed, but this isn't endearing me much.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also told us about other products that they offer.

I like the location of the rental unit it is not far from where we live, this is only a short term rental

Everything went very smoothly. The unit is adequate for our needs-we are storing our booth furnishings-we live in Texas and come to the World of Concrete each year and every 3 years we exhibit at the ConExpo show. It just makes it easier to store our stuff there rather than cart it back and forth from Texas each year. The cost of the unit is less that shipping costs back and forth, so it is cost effective.

The manager that works at the location I am renting from was very nice but the quality of my storage unit is very poor after I moved allot of my things into the unit I tried to shut the door to my unit and noticed that my door is broken. When I tried to close the door to my unit the place when you put the lock only has to bolts that holds the price on that is for the lock mine only has one i spent about 20 minutes trying to shut the door and unjam the door and hurt my self. I eventually got the manager and asked her to come help me shut the door and that took us about another 15 minutes and finally got the door shut.

Staff is excellent and extremely professional. Priced high but there great about calling to remind you. Its p.s. policy to place lien fee, late penalty, and goes to auction second month so be careful. Lucky we just make it... Its all good.

MIE'SHAWN IS THE BEST!! HERE'S MY STORY....his was my first experience renting a storage unit. I was skeptical at first and afraid of being taken advantage of but Mie'Shawn reassured us that we were making the right decision. I was blown away from my conversation over the phone to go over our appointment time. she was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. I walked in and was greeted by this amazing personality and smile Mie'Shawn just as pleasant in person as on the phone. Mie'Shawn went over everything thoroughly to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting into and made sure that we had everything we needed to complete our move. Everything went smooth and quick we got our unit. Thanks to this amazing Assets named Mie'Shawn we will be referring others to come and Check you out and of course we will continue to use you for all our Storage needs for years to come! Thank you again for having such an Amazing person on your staff. Even though Mie'Shawn was working alone & we came during what seemed to be peek time she was pleasant with everyone and knew everyones name! WOW I LOVE HER PERSONABLE TOUCH!! WE NEED MORE MIE'SHAWNS IN THE WORLD!

The best experience I have ever had with a storage company and I have used many over the years. Always spotless clean. And Mie'Shawn is terrific to deal with. I highly recommend this location!
