My experience with Joseph, was professional, informative and efficient. The terms of the contract were explained. Operating hours and office hours were explained. I left feeling informed and felt my storage unit would remain secure.

I got an immediate response by phone to my online request for a unit. Everything was just as I needed it to be, except that the unit itself was in disrepair. The entire left side of the door jamb was loose and slid freely back and forth. I asked for it to be repaired. I have been out of town and have yet to check to see if it was done yet.

Lovely workers. They will help you with anything and everything. Lynnette is the manager and she's so friendly. She knows me by name and always says hi to me when I come to the storage. I would recommend anyone to that's needs storage or boxes to go to this location. *I am editing my review since I have seen a negative review. The workers can only do so much to help. The lease describes the fees and what happens if not paid. Emergencies happen but isn't their problem. We give 5 stars for the office management and what they can do. It's not always ideal when dealing with a large corporation but we shouldn't take it out on the managers.

Everything was very good -- service, timing, etc. Only thing missing was a cart for getting the boxes to the second floor. The staff helped us find a grocery cart and borrowed a small wheeled cart and we got the job done. They facility should keep more than one cart and at least one stored/secured for check out. Bummer that someone kept the cart/didn't return it!

This is a very convenient location and staff are friendly. Unit is very clean. The only thing I remove one star is the time frame to use a loading cart. I am usually available to the storage after work. By then, I won't have access to get a cart. It is hard for not-young people to carry items one by one.

If you are moving or just need a place to store your personal items, Public storage is the place. The staff is professional, helpful, and very polite. The storage binds are clean and climate controlled. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone.
