Public Storage - Las Vegas - 1881 N Decatur Blvd

Staff was very helpful! Move in process was easy, my unit was clean and ready when I got there. Very simple process.

Ineesia, Cheryl and Manny were amazing and extremely helpful!

Easy online and once I downloaded the app I have gate access without leaving my car. Very secure area

I went to go talk to someone and the door was locked. No note and it was during business hours

I like the hours and location

The lady at the counter is very helpful, friendly and efficient (I don't recall her name but it started with a K). The storage room was clean. The location is not the best and I saw junk stored outside at the deep end of the lot.

They were very helpful to take my reservation online because of covid19 and helped me figure which size storage unit I needed to pack up my entire classroom because I am switching schools but cannot move my stuff into the new one yet. They have provided me an affordable option for this temporary storage.

The sewer was overflowing onto the public walk space on the property. The smell was horrific and if it had not been for my situation I would have went to another storage facility.

The lady who helped me get my storage center rented her name was Amealia. She was incredibly professional polite and helpful. I am very happy with my storage center service at public storage and I will definitely use them the future if I'm able. I am renting from the public storage at 1881 South Decatur in Las Vegas Nevada

Today was or first experience with Public Storage. Christina was the employee that helped us out throughout our entire time there. She was very thorough with everything she explained, and she was also very friendly. At the very end we were informed by her boss that we were her first transaction with the company! We were highly impressed and would have never known. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit. Ask for Christina, she is wonderful!

It was very easy to make a reservation online. I had quick response time on my reservation details through email. Which made things less complicated for me since I was coming from out of state. I also had received a friendly phone call to verify my reservation. I would gladly make reservations online again. And would recommend this site to others. I would like ti make a small recommendation though. If maybe their would be more pictures on your site of the rv/parking and of inside storage units. So that we have a kinda better view of what it sites look like. But overall you guys have been wonderful to work with. Thank you Melissa Ellis
