Public Storage - Las Vegas - 1400 E Tropicana Ave

FIRST TIME HERE. GOT IN AND OUT REALLY QUICK. LOVED THAT THE CARTS ROLLED SO SMOOTHLY.THE ENTRANCE DOOR WAS WIDE AND OPENED WITH THE SENSORS EFFICIENTLY. HALLS WERE WIDE AND THE UNIT WAS CLEAN WHEN I ENTERED. THE ONLINE PROCESS WAS EASY AND FAST. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE ELEVATOR. HAVING TO INPUT THE 'CODE" EVERY TIME YOU ENTER WAS A NUISANCE BUT MOSTLY THIS IS PERSONAL THING, AND UNDERSTANDABLE AS TO WHY THEY DO THIS. SHELLY WAS VERY HELPFUL, FAST, AND THOROUGH PROCESSING MY LOCK REFUND.

Customer service was excellent . Only concern is with the security. There's no one on site apparently at night with limited lighting.

Everything is perfect except of the hours, I would like to have access a couple of later than 6pm

VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER @ THIS PUBLIC STORAGE STORE. SHE IS VERY DEMANDING & SHOWS NO PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ACCUMEN TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. SHE IS JUST A HORRIBLE PERSON TO DEAL WITH. I AM SHOCKED PUBLIC STORAGE WOULD EMPLOY A PERSON OF THIS CALLIBER AND VERY BAD DEMEANOR. IAM IN DISPUTE WITH HER REGARDING THE LOCK ON MY UNIT.THE LOCK I PROVIDE IS MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL AND IS A STRONGER LOCK THAN THE ALUMINUM LOCKS PUBLIC STORAGE DEMANDS I PURCHASE.JUST A RUSE TO PURCHASE A LOCK FROM YOUR COMPANY.

Was in the other day to rent a unit, both ladies were very polite, the place was clean and easily accessible ! Also thanks for charging my phone :)

I originally was going to rent somewhere else, I came into this location and after speaking with Brittnee and Alexandria I decided I would rent here as these girls are on it!! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere safe and reliable, the ladies running this place know what their doing!

Just got a unit here and Alexandria was on duty she was very helpful. she showed me a couple units i had some specific needs and she made sure they were met. The unit i needed was full of stuff, it was supposed to be empty. She called in extra help from another public storage and had it emptied and cleaned in about 2 hours. Wow that was a lot of stuff to move. So when i went there the next day to pick up my keys it was clean and ready to go. Brooklyn was the girl working on the day i picked up my keys she was very nice also. It was a pleasant experience when your talking about renting a storage unit it's usually not pleasant. Haha
