I found them online and was able to pick out what I wanted and they had it when I got there . Tai greeted me and explained everything to me , she even personally showed me the unit allowing me to upgrade to better fit my needs . Everything was extremely clean . Thank you Tai for all your help !

Facilty provide zero cuatomer service or moving instruction. it took 2hr for us to settled in because we use the wrong elevator. Property manager did not return phone call. She shut her door at 2pm and left.

My experience was fine. Yes all the different restrictions & precautions are a little unsettling but the staff here was very calm & patient & made the experience much more enjoyable.

Kevin is a great manager, he's always happy to help with any concerns we have. When his higher ups weren't responding to calls about an issue with one of our units Kevin spent over an hour trying to help fix the problem.

Public Storage. .the young Man At Valley View location name.* Eric.* I understand THAT he's very young .but honest to God he's An energetic , enthusiastic and Very Personable young Man...I'm 62 yrs old. As soon as I walked in the Door THERE were a man At the counter b4 Me. I noticed *Eric* Behavior And GORGEOUS Eyes were very helpful in Assisting the Gentleman which was A piece of Work ..but Eric entered him in the Computer ....Bid him a Good Holiday. And ASKED very pleasantly MAY I HELP YOU....NOW THERE'S A LADY CHIT CHATTING DISTRACTING HIM....
