Very friendly and straight forward prices. They even had free Christmas candy! Very clean facility and secure for people to safely store their belongings. I am very happy I decided to go with SpareFoot for my storage needs! Try ‘em out for yourself! ??????????

Jeff and the other gentleman were both very friendly and helpful with the move in. They also helped me get a closer unit to another that I use for business, so that was very appreciated. Overall, it was fairly quick and easy process, and the customer service couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have been better!

This is the 3rd time I've used IPI Storage and I think they are the best. All their units are drive up just like a garage would be. They are not air-conditioned but I've never had a problem or needed that option. The office staff has always been courteous and helpful.

I have to say that this storage facility was great! The unit was clean and easy to get to. The staff in the office were awesome! Very friendly and helpful! If I was in the area again I would certainly use this place again! Thank you for all your help!!

I've had storage units in the past that where terrible. I honestly love it here. The office staff is great and they are decent... someplaces are quick to slap a lock on it, and not try to contact you about it. Not the case here. Love the staff....prices are very fair and location is ideal.

The location is very close to UNLV. The units are outdoor, but fit my needs. The manager lives on-site, so security should not be an issue. They also sell moving supplies and locks, and provide access to insurance.

This place is great,I forget to bring a lock and the gentleman work behind the desk gave me one he wasn't using what a life saver and a caring gentleman,I would recommend if you want someone who is actually going to make sure you're stuff is save this is your place,it's clean and the actual show you what you are paying for what other storage place will do that also it's big here Easy access wheel chair access no stairs if I could give them more star's I would,great experience thanks guy's your a live saver

There are a variety of unit sizes and many parking spots for vehicles to be stored. Staff makes sure you get what you need. The rows between units are admittedly a little small, but that doesn't detract from the units themselves. The units are well-maintained.

Staff was very friendly and comforting. I had an issue with my trailer lights upon exiting. Had to fix them right there in the parking lot after hours. A staff member offered help & said to take my time. Felt like I was at home!

The entire process from start to finish was fast, simple and convenient. The managers on duty were friendly and helpful & I feel safe. The special touch was the lot dog though!

Times are extremely stressful and I find comfort in knowing that they are flexible with payments and I'm not going to lose all of my stuff. as long as I communicate with them let them know what's going on they're very reasonable with helping me work out a plan. Thank you IPI Storage.

Affordable, good location and quiet

Great customer service from the beginning to the end. We had to upgrade our unit at the last minute and their wasn't any issues with doing so. On top of that, I was supposed to be their the day before to see the unit and they made accommodations around my schedule (without for-fitting my unit to someone else). We appreciate your great customer service from start to finish.

I had an issue come up where I needed to store my things in a rush. The staff at the Valley View location were very friendly and helpful. We laughed and joked through the process of signing paperwork and they generally made it a nice experience despite the stress I had leading up to it. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family!

Very clean. Had 2 go back 2x sinve office was closed on my lunch break.

I came in before closing causing the lady in the office to stay after closing, which she did without complaint. She was super nice. The facility is an older one, but clean, secure, and convenient.

I found this place to be a great place to store my stuff. I love it!!!! The lot is a little small, but no one is really there ever because it's very little traffic. I was worried at first about the small perimeters, but I found myself pleasantly surprised.

in looking for a little space and with a los cost to storage two big boxes so i find the rigth space at the perfect price and location is very near and easy to get there

Wonted to thank you all at IPI storsge. I rented a unit in the middle of June. Edger was so understanding and helpful. I got a place so I rented a truck when my movers was filling up the I walked to buy water well sad to say I got heat stroke. When I come back went to the office cause I couldn't walk any more the nice man gave me more water and drove me back to my unit. Now I have rented storage units before no one has gone out of there way to help. I thank you so much IPI staff for being there for your customer's.. I will let everyone I know about you guys. Sad to say goodbye. Thanks again

I had to move with no help on extremely short notice with very little money. I was able to make the reservation quickly through IPI when other places were making me wait hours. I was on the verge of losing my things an IPI answered my call n understood my situation. They accepted my business right away and had a storage unit ready for me before I even got there. The service is friendly and I needed that at a very lonely time in my life. My storage unit was clean and satisfactory. Thank you IPI

I have rented six different spaces over twenty years in the Las Vegas valley. My most recent which was orchestrated through .spare foot com was by far the best experience of them all Sparefoot gave me numerous options and I was able to make a reservation directly through them. IPI had the lowest price, large clean units and the office staff is just phenomenal! Customer service on the phone was fantastic and even more so in person....these guys anticipate your needs and follow through with great service. This place is such a storage comp. that I never had before. I dudnt know what to expect but when I got there Edger made me feel right at home. He was so nice I told him just moved to Vegas and he was very helpful. Thank IPI for having a very clean and wonderful worker name Edger.

it was close to my new apt...price was the cheapest for my needs

A guy name Edgar is the CSR that I had the pleasure of doing my transaction with. He was there to answer all my questions I had about the unit size, pricing and security. I'm very grateful of his pleasant demeanor and helpful attitude.

What can I say. Cheap, clean, month to month. Was there when we needed it.

This storage unit is in a bad part of town. There is an extra 9 dollar insurance fee, which is the same amount I paid for a 1 bedroom apartment. The number on the door when they are out of office, no one answers the phone. I literally had to honk horn to get someones attention.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Everything was so easy online and I really liked that they called me on day I was moving my stuff in to see if they could assist me in any manner. Public Storage definitely doesn't do these things and I was amazed with joy to find a better storage place that's a mile from where I'm living. Outstanding customer service and they answered any and all questions I had which was an awesome surprise. I truly recommend this facility to any and all looking for storage place. Very clean and appointment was quick as well. Thank you :)

Staff was nice and storage is a box ,same as other places. Perimeter fence is iffy and cameras are sparsely placed but location and price is awesome

These guys were very nice and understanding of my predicament. I had run into a situation where I needed to get a refund on my unit (family emergency caused me to have to leave). They didn't have enough cash in the drawer to give me a refund so the owner came down and took money out of his own pocket to give me the refund. He really went above and beyond in my opinion and helped me out immensely. I will definitely be using these guys when I come back.

Better than expected and better than the last time I used a storage unit

Staff was friendly and it was a quick process from reservation to actually getting the unit. Overall, it's a great price for a big unit. The only downfall is that the units are not climate controlled and there is not adequate lighting, once it gets dark it's basically pitch black in the unit. But it's definitely worth dealing with for the price.

the gentlemen who assisted me were very efficient and very professional, upon my arrival I was greeted right away and receive an explanation of the grounds as well as the services. my whole encounter took less than 45 minutes which was great because I was moving in that day. they will also true to their word because all of the storage units were drive up as advertised.

After not having much experience with storage units I was pleased with the service I got. The agent was very helpful and friendly. He also helped with a lock problem and I was treated with professionalism which I don't find a whole lot anymore.

Staff took the time to find a unit that met my needs and made sure I was satisfied at the type of unit I wanted. Staff very very helpful and friendly and even could do the paperwork in advance.

Former mini u storage had staff stealing from units. After name change I went to update some info and heard a guy in the office talking to a woman manager about his stuff wrongfully sold and how they were sorry. I got my things and closed out later that week.
