Exceptionally clean. Manager is very nice and accommodating. The first unit I got wasn't quite big enough so I got a bigger unit. Took about two minutes to change them over. The best part is that there are cameras all over the facility inside and out.

I needed help with the storage location the code no was available in the office to assist. I was about to cancel and go somewhere there is a staff member available to assist. I called no one answered and no one called me back as of today still I don’t like the set up at all there should be someone on site to assist

Whenever I call with any questions which I do call ,the customer service person is always nice sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very knowledgeable and never minds explaining things to me .Im on oxygen due to covid and I worked for the state in Illinois for several years.And I get the kind of service that will make you refer someone.
