I called customer service and they answered right away. I did everything online starting from reservation, filling out paperwork, and receiving instructions on what to do and how to get there, then received an email for the gate code the day I moved. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really simple and convenient.

The facility is clean and in a convenient location. The site is clean and accessible to be able to move items into the units easily. I appreciate that there are push carts available on-site to quickly move items to the upper floors. Communication regarding my unit, access code, and any other pertinent information was sent out quickly before I went to start renting my unit. The billing, prices, and website make everything clear to rent a unit. I did not interact with the on-site customer service to begin renting my unit, but I have had a positive experience thus far.
