Customer service was excellent, unit was easy and convenient to access. Carts was accessible and lock was in the unit ready for use.

Having carts available was exceptionally helpfull going up to top floor.

I had a lock coming into the facility. The same lock they were selling on the wall in the lobby. I was told I had to purchase a 23.00 lock and the 19.00 lock on the wall for sale was for customers who previously had storage. Where in the term and conditions does it say I had to buy a specific lock. Especially since I had the same brand that was hanging on the wall.

No contact storage .Love it! Easy reservation and affordable.

The lady working the front was super helpful. She showed me the size unit I was planning on renting which Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m super glad she did because it was to small. I would definitely recommend Life Storage for amazing customer service and cleanliness.
