This is the 1st time Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented a storage unit on line & moved in with email instructions never meeting anyone. My family once owned multiple storage units in CA & they would be shocked to see how itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s done now. I am 66 & was skeptical. I rented an inside small unit which concerned me at 1st. The map they sent was my saving grace. It showed me where mine was located & what exterior entrance door to use. I had the code to get in the building, the carts were right there by the door so I could wheel them outside to unload my boxes, the elevator was right inside the door. My storage unit was clean & the lock was inside. On the second load my grandson helped. We were surprised that 2 full carts could fit into the elevator together. The 5 x 10 held a lot more than I thought it would and I have room left. Our goal for the storage unit was to be able to park both cars in the garage moving forward. Well worth the $43 a month.

I can't stress enough how much I would caution anyone to rent a space from this facility. I've never been treated so rudely and been put through so much stress!

Needed to store a few things and everything was real easy. I called them and was storing my stuff within the hour. Easy access. One of the carts is broken and the elevator was broken, but besides that everything was great.
