Carrie was amazing to work with - we were able to reserve our storage space, ask questions and get our account set up so fast. The other perk is getting access codes and everything via email once we did our virtual contract, so we can drive right in when we arrive withut mountains of paperwork :)

Good location, covered parking is a plus for our RV, Access hours are good and like the fact that they follow up with a phone call if we forget to call and let them know we're taking the RV out.

I arrived and was greeted immediately, it was easy and fast to get my unit. Unit was clean and the building is well maintained.

Fast, friendly, supportive! We were in & out expeditiously. Climate controlled & with elevator made the move easy, as did the carts available (totally unexpected). Also online account support makes it a convenient pleasure to do business. I'd recommend this storage area without reservation.

Overall the storage unit facility is clean, and the personnel were courteous. The unit I rented had not been cleaned in some time. It was very obvious the unit had been sitting vacant by the amount of dirt and cobwebs that have accumulated in the storage unit.

Service is great and I will recommend this place to anyone and I love the customer service they take their time to hear what you have to say as a customer this place is ok in my book.

Customer service rep that was there was very friendly, helped me with all the paperwork and then showed me to my unit. The unit itself is easily accessible by both elevator and stairs, had some misc. garbage/tidbits like paper inside the unit but easily cleaned up.
