I want to start by saying TORI is Awesome!!! She is very nice and wax good at staying in touch with me regarding my reservation and move in process. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing to store items. Once again Tori is awesome but everyone that I have spoken with over the phone or at the facility have been very helpful.

Everything was ready checked in with front desk person who was very helpful and friendly. Signed agreement and was on my way. Great customer service.

Best price in town for a storage unit. All sizes, very secure. Friendly & helpful staff. Definitely recommend this to anyone that needs storage units and even trailers, boats or cars.

To begin my journey I drove up and down the road for 30 minutes following map quest and FINALLY found the building off the main road behind a big boat sign with a different storage facility sign posted outside. I reserved a 10x4 unit for $29 a month WRONG! Between the $29 monthly fee the uncalled for $25 "administrative" fee the required insurance you MUST purchase for talents $10 a month the $15 lock I spent almost $90. After the 35 minutes I wasted filling out paper work that wasn't prepared even though my reservation said what time I would be in she walked me to the other side of the facility to show me my unit only to find it was already being used... I'm 7 months pregnant on bed rest and HAD to have my movers unload everything and this process was just ridiculous!! We waited while she walked back to the office to find another available unit which she finally did and I am thankful for but I WOULD NOT suggest using them. Hidden fees hidden building and not well organized if I wasn't in such a bind I would've gone elsewhere.

I reserved online, drive over there and can't find the place. I used maps and the address is right. They were apparently using "Gateway Storage" as a name and is in the process of changing over so the signs haven't been changed. The girl shows me the storage, just average. Not clean, kinda dusty really. Entrance to the interior storage units isn't very big, seems like standard 36" size. We go back to the office and I have to fill out all the paperwork, they apparently got nothing from the reservation. OK. Before I get to the end another guy comes in and the girl offers to let me start moving stuff in right away and finish up afterwards. I was pretty close to finishing the paperwork, but it seemed okay. Finish moving and go back to the office. The other guy was gone, but she hadn't done anything else with the paperwork. She gets going again. There is more paperwork. More than a few pages. First there is an unmentioned requirement to have insurance. If I don't have a copy of my homeowner's policy, which of course I don't as it wasn't mentioned anywhere, it is $10 and up per month for their insurance. Can't decline, girl insists that I have to accept their insurance or supply a copy of my homeowners policy. Finally she says I can bring it back in within a week. Next, there is a $25 "administration" fee added in. Now I am really pissed and don't have any time to reload my stuff, much less take it somewhere else I would have to find. My wife is in the truck waiting, so I have no real choice. This sucks. I told my wife on the way home, our policy will not cover the stuff in storage. Great. Now I have to go back or call and waste more time with them getting insurance, or waste yet more money getting another truck and moving my stuff somewhere else. I am fairly certain they won't give me any money back. Find another storage place. Do not rent from this place. Ever. Until they change ownership/management or end practices like this.
