The steps were easy to follow, and tool less than one-minute to complete online. Once I was on-site, locating my unit was so easy I thought I was doing something wrong. In-house customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable which assisted with making the process extremely easy.

Differs from what is advertised, not climate controlled (swamp cooler, but it honestly felt hotter inside than out). Accept mail/packages only for business customers, and then only under duress. All in all I'm happy, but if timing wasn't an issue I wish I'd shopped around more.

Well maintained and accessible from a major road and just off the Interstate 15 highway. Courteous staff and efficient service. Would suggest bringing in or having faxed a "declarations" page for insurance coverage, which is mandatory, prior to your initiation of a storage unit. I do not recall being advised of the requirement prior to check in… and the arrangements were conducted via the Internet from out of state..

The manager, Debbie, was friendly and very helpful. She showed me the unit and how to best get to it. Before deciding on this storage, I had researched online the surrounding area for comparison. This seems to be the best taking into account rates, its discounts, month to month terms, location, cleanliness, and security.

No emergency response. My movers were locked inside all night. Gate would not open.
