I got my unit 2nd floor with climate control and while i was in there it was not climate control it was very hot and moist and kind of worry about that and all my belongings.

The facility is well lit it's clean easy to access I understand real estate is high but your smallest unit with the mandatory insurance is $60 a month to store a Christmas tree and some decorations it might be cheaper just to replace it every year but so much is sentimental I really needed one that size but nothing like that is available

Michelle made the process fast and fun. After making sure the office was secure, she gave me a quick tour answering all my questions along the way. I asked ALOT of questions. When we got back to the office, we completed the paperwork in about 15 minutes. She explained all the details and offered a few tips for the best times to move in. She made sure my entry code worked! She was funny, personable, and professional.

I had to move out of my house very sudden and unexpectedly and this place was a blessing! The process was super easy and the promotion they were running was amazing, first month free! So I moved my stuff asap than later that once the gate closed I realized I needed another storage unit so I was able to book another one online after hours with the same promotional deal and was able to access my unit at anytime for 24 hours! This helped my move soooo much and I am so thankful. The place is in a great location and very clean and the one lady I met there at the office to check me in the very first time was super on point and got me in and out quickly! This place really made my move super easy, Thank you, will be sharing my story with evreyone.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Reserving the unit online was a breeze and Nick's follow-up with me was appreciated. The staff at LifeStorage were friendly, helpful and flexible, allowing me to move in to a larger unit when I realized that I had more stuff to store than I originally planned. I would highly recommend this facility!

I paid for a storage unit, filled out paperwork, then left to finish packing up my apartment. Upon coming back to unload my Uhaul; I had noticed that the guy who sold me my unit (I won't mention names) forgot to unlock the unit I had just paid for. I was absolutely livid and had to send the movers home, but I couldn't do anything about it until the morning. With a stroke of luck and some help from the same person who had made the mistake of not unlocking the unit, I was able to take the same truck to my final destination which was out of state. Moral of the story is: make sure your unit is unlocked if you are having movers come. Lastly, I was very appreciative and impressed with the units cleanliness and the ease of access. The worker of Rhodes Ranch also made up for his mistake in some of the pricing and was able to give me a killer deal. I was overall very satisfied with this company. Great pricing and specials!

A wonderful storage facility! I have utilized other facilities throughout Las Vegas and have found most are dirty with disgruntled workers. Life Storage is very clean from the units to the hallways and the office. The staff is helpful and does not waste time. They processed my paperwork and got me everything I needed to move within 20 minutes. It was a great experience and I will continue to use Life Storage whenever the occasion arises.
