Don't stay in gate past closing, they don't make sure everyone is out before disabling pin pad, so you get locked "IN"! Called manager(God forbid they have a life you know), but ended up having to call the emergency gate number in order to get out. That's my only complaint. My fault to be there after close though. Suggest they check security cameras to be sure everyone's out before disabling the pin pad. Otherwise... Are very friendly, courteous, and clean place.

Im in the process of moving my things into storage still. So far, up to now, everything is great. Very friendly, clean, plus free use of their truck, nice. The online specials made a great deal even better. Second month free rent, yes! Ive rented units a few different times before, and they lead you to believe it is one price. Then at the last minute they add on cost for this, and that. The final monthly payment is way over what you were told. I will never use "the other guys" again. From now on, only storage west, call them first. You'll forget thne rest.
