We were able to book a large drive up unit after getting notice that we would need to vacate our rental home. I was able to get a unit that weekend and move in ASAP. Check in was very easy and unit was as described.

We had a really nice experience here. Reserved online, walked in and filled out the paperwork and was walked to the gate to show me how to enter the facility. Lupe walked us to the unit and made sure we understood how to use the lock. Very thorough. Lupe also walked back to the office and got us bottles of water because it was so hot. Generously offer a moving truck as well up to 30 days upon renting. Who does that? Wow!

This is the cleanest storage facility i have ever used. And the customer service is top notch. It isn't the cheapest price I found but I am so happy I chose to rent here. The manager was so so thorough and accommodating.
