I got to say the place was very clean, modern. and well built. When I first walked in CubeSmart I saw Shasta she was friendly, very knowledgeable and most of all a true Professional.I have to say "they are lucky to have her". I recommend CubeSmart Storage Facility to anyone needing a storage.This is a Storage you can trust...

Getting situated with the process online is pretty smooth and on the day of. Instructions are provided once you complete your online reservation and make your initial payment. They were by far the cheapest in terms of deals and the percentages off first few mths depending on unit size. Entire facility is clean. No elevator crap to get to sec level units. They actually have an elevated drive up ramp which was smart. Easy in and out.

This is the 4th time I had. Left a review for the same event but I don't mind because the. Service I received was outstanding and well worth. My time. . When i. Arrived at the storage facility I was beat down. Broken and. Stressed to the max last thing I wanted to do was get a storeroom. . But. Seconds after I arrived Shasta had me. Smiling and before I. Finished. Paper work. I was laughing . And almost forgot how much I hate moving . Excellent experience knowledgeable funny kind and. There was literally not one thing she could have done to make it a better experience thanks again Shasta. !!

Charles helped us at CubeSmart. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had wonderful customer service! He went above and beyond and made it a great experience.
