Both Kris and Andrew are the best. They took the time to understand our moving issues, were on top of our reservation given the uncertainty of our moving dates. You have a pretty stupid policy about charging the customer $100 if someone breaks into their unit, the storage facility should be charge of the properties security, not the clients who use your facility to store their personal items. That's not something the client should have to worry about that responsibility should fall on the storage property.

1st day had tow truck brought my car to the storage but had trouble with gate security code. Just parked my car in parking lot. Only 2nd day that i was able to store it, but no tow truck available to bring inside the storage.

I needed a storage space in a pinch, I was able to reserve a space on line within minutes. The customer service was very good, from the time I walked in the door until the time I was loading my items in the storage unit was 30 minutes.
