It's a nice facility that they keep clean. While I was there, they repaved the drives, too. But the key is the staff. I dealt with a young man named Quan, who was just great. He explained everything I needed to know in clear and concise detail. Was very friendly and helpful. On top of the pandemic and all that's brought us, my mother passed away, right after I discovered that I had to move. In a time of great stress, to meet someone like Quan is very much a blessing.

Overall the price was right however the cleanliness of the property isn't up to par the unit that I rented said that it was climate controlled there seems to be no functioning air the hallway where my unit is located reeks of pet urine

This place had great service, even though they were really busy when I arrived. The units themselves are pretty basic, and the dollys they let us use are pretty crappy. Considering the price, this isn't a big problem.

I got my storage unit reserved using Penske. They gave me a fair discount on the storage. The staff was knowledgeable and the unit was ready for me to move in a day before my scheduled move in date.

the place is dirty, it's an old facility, lighting doesn't work, they advertize climate controlled it was hotter inside than it was outside over 110deg, I just got excuses from staff about both. obviously I would not consider renting here again.

I recently bought a unit at this facility. I thought it was safe until I came back 2 weeks later to see my unit was broken into. Somebody cut my lock and got all of my studio equipment and tax documents. I lost roughly $8,000 worth of stuff including clothes and shoes. I've been waiting for a week now to get a status on my insurance but nobody answers. The office managers are barely there when I call. The location is next door to a trailer park. There is a gate, which you can only access with your secret code, but there is a door connected to it where anybody can walk in. As of now I can't run my studio so I'm out of work. I'm very angry. Would not recommend.

Great customer service. The only drawback was the main doorway into the storage building, seems to narrow given the fact you have to pass through with all items you're moving into storage with, it was a frustrating area to contend with.
