Let me explain, after renting my unit, I was instructed to sign into cubesmart web site to set up my account, in doing so I saw advertised a month free for memorial day, as a veteran, I went to the storage unit office to inquire about this, the staff was professional, but after looking in his computer, I felt as thou he didn't know what to say, and I was told some restrictions applied but not told what, and that it may, only apply to certain locations, not at all what the web site said.

Pro Pleasant office staff Con Someone left shards of broken glass in front of unit I had rented preventing move in (car access to drive up door) for not just one but two days Property is supposed to be patrolled by staff including live in manager on site Disappointed that no clean up occurred I decided to never move into the unit I hope other folks will have a better experience

Kris was very personable, had a great experience. Very clean office, made sure to clean and disinfect the equipment before I signed paperwork and made my payment, which was awesome with everything going on in the Country right now. I had two kids with me and she made sure to interact with them and had everything done in just a few minutes and then she gave us a tour of the facility. Very quick, easy experience, good price, would highly recommend this facility.

Its awesome, the facility has a/c, their alarms on the unit door actually work, and they have a pretty good surveillance system. Pricing is kinda up there but it's alright.

It was so nice and clean. The units were confusing to find at first but after a bit you get to learn the number system. The swamp cooler was nice too. Just a big gust of cool air was just needed for the Las Vegas heat
