Not happy with my service . my price was not suppose to change and was suppose to be locked in at the right I received and now it's going up .. NOT HAPPY

We moved in as expected and it was for a really great price. My only downside wad getting locked inside of the exit gates due to the lack of information on closing times

Let me explain, after renting my unit, I was instructed to sign into cubesmart web site to set up my account, in doing so I saw advertised a month free for memorial day, as a veteran, I went to the storage unit office to inquire about this, the staff was professional, but after looking in his computer, I felt as thou he didn't know what to say, and I was told some restrictions applied but not told what, and that it may, only apply to certain locations, not at all what the web site said.

Pro Pleasant office staff Con Someone left shards of broken glass in front of unit I had rented preventing move in (car access to drive up door) for not just one but two days Property is supposed to be patrolled by staff including live in manager on site Disappointed that no clean up occurred I decided to never move into the unit I hope other folks will have a better experience

The clerk who assisted me with a contract and showing me the unit was just wonderful. The unit was better than what I expected. It is a fantastic value for the size and the location.

Quick and easy. Michael explained everything nicely. I was in and out and able to go about my day with no worries. Highly recommended this storage facility.

Kris was very personable, had a great experience. Very clean office, made sure to clean and disinfect the equipment before I signed paperwork and made my payment, which was awesome with everything going on in the Country right now. I had two kids with me and she made sure to interact with them and had everything done in just a few minutes and then she gave us a tour of the facility. Very quick, easy experience, good price, would highly recommend this facility.

Price quoted did not include insurance so I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t aware of the 12.00, but I was satisfied with the the service Provided at the time of rental.

Michael is the man! Michael the manager is such a nice, cool dude. He made my move in so quick and painless it was wonderful. The whole property is very clean and well maintained. I absolutely recommend!

I basically had to just show up to sign paperwork; SpareFoot had arranged everything. Customer service was great, and check in was fast. Storage is as described, everything looked clean and safe.

It took probably 20 minutes to get my unit, customer service was good. They had carts to help us load the unit. Good experience overall.

Its awesome, the facility has a/c, their alarms on the unit door actually work, and they have a pretty good surveillance system. Pricing is kinda up there but it's alright.

Very helpful. Kept a smile on my face. And was very helpful.

Cart only available during office hours so makes it inconvenient for day time workers.

Will refer everyone to this place. Just do not like the hours

Robin and Aggie were amazing, they both helped me and answered all of my questions. The process took about 6 minutes, they explained everything. the access to the storage unites is easy. Very good location and i am very satisfied with the price.

Process took a little while cause I didn't have my ID but still made it in and got all my things moved.

I can't remember when I've had such a great experience being helped....The visiting mother daughter team who helped me were the most efficient...timely... accomodating...and.pleasant people I've come across in a long long time...Many thanks again !!

Met with Meadow. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and awesome customer service skills. We were done in half hour from moment we walked in, viewing the storage space, to signing paperwork.

Love the couple that run this one, they are wonderful ! We have used this location a few times over that past 12 years and its always a breeze.

It was so nice and clean. The units were confusing to find at first but after a bit you get to learn the number system. The swamp cooler was nice too. Just a big gust of cool air was just needed for the Las Vegas heat
