I ordered online thinking I chose the perfect size and when I arrived, my uhaul full of stuff was bigger than. The unit and I knew I wouldn't fit everything in, and was going to rent another unit when I ran into the front desk person, she was extremely nice and accommodating with me and switched me over to a bigger unit so everything would fit. She even allowed me time to move the stuff from the other unit to the bigger one. Very very nice and friendly with great customer service and that's what I look for the most is customer service. Would definately recommend this place!!!!

Chris was extremely helpful and even gave me his cell phone nu number in case we had any issues moving everything into the unit on his day off and needed more space. Overall a pleasant experience and a pleasure working with someone who knows his job and does it with a great attitude!
